Who provides the service
Clarivet is provided by Germán Ezequiel Laso Andino, libero professionista, trading as ProfBlu (Partita IVA 04702090988), with contact address at Via della Sega 1, 38080 Verdesina, Porte di Rendena (TN), Italy. Write to us at soporte@profblu.com.
You accept these terms by using Clarivet. There are two ways of using it, and each has its own section.
If you work at a practice
What we offer you
A panel to run the practice: the appointment diary, client and animal records, clinical history, vaccinations, farm visits, email reminders and the practice's website, which is edited from the panel. The practice chooses which parts to turn on.
The plan
The practice subscribes to Clarivet from the panel, in «Plan and invoices». The price, what it includes and the free trial, if any, are shown there before paying. Payment is handled by ProfBlu's billing service. The practice can leave the plan whenever it wants from the same place; what has been paid for the current period is not refunded, unless the law says otherwise.
What we ask of the practice
- That what it writes in Clarivet is its to write: it has the legal basis to process the data of its clients and their animals, and informs them as the law requires.
- That the content of its website (texts, photos, logo) is its own or it has permission to use it.
- That it looks after access: each team member signs in with their own account and with the role that fits them, and whoever leaves the practice also leaves the team.
- That it does not use Clarivet for anything illegal, or to send emails its clients do not expect.
The practice is the controller of its clients' data and we are its processor: the rules of that arrangement are in the data processing agreement, which is part of these terms.
What Clarivet does not do
Clarivet stores and organises what the team writes. It does not diagnose, prescribe or replace a vet's judgement. The panel's assistant, if used, can be wrong: check what it answers before using it.
If you are a practice's client
On your practice's website you can, if it has linked you to your record, see your animals, their vaccinations and your appointments, and request an appointment. You sign in with your ProfBlu account.
- What you see has been written by the practice. If something is not right, tell the practice.
- Requesting an appointment does not confirm it: the practice receives it and replies to you.
- In an emergency, call the practice. The website is not for emergencies.
Availability
We do our best for Clarivet to always work, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. Backups are made every day.
Liability
We are responsible for providing the service with due care. We are not responsible for what the practice writes or the care it provides, nor for indirect damage. Nothing here limits what the law does not allow to be limited, or consumer rights.
Changes and leaving
If we change these terms, we give notice in advance and move the revision date. You can stop using Clarivet whenever you want. If someone seriously breaches these terms, we may suspend their access, giving notice first unless the harm is immediate.
Law and jurisdiction
Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and the courts of your domicile.
